Waterproofing your property
Flood waters will enter a property through any cable, service or drainage entry point and indeed through porous brickwork itself; often resulting in the homeowner suffering the devastating effects of flooding.

Ground Re-Profiling
When conducting our property level survey we will consider not only measures which prevent water from physically entering the property but measures which avoid water entering the grounds of the property offering the most economically advantageous overall solution.
Re-profiling the existing ground often enhances the local topography delivering anaesthetically pleasing, confidence inspiring and effective flood protection solution. Re-profiling may impact on hard or soft landscaping in both domestic and public land.
In soft landscaping areas such as gardens or public open spaces, bunds are the most efficient flood defence mechanism and are used throughout the UK for large capital defences through to domestic private gardens. Re-profiling of hard landscaped areas including large public paved areas through to domestic private drives can offer a discrete flood protection mechanism.
