Water

The majority of Moreton village had no access to the public sewer system due to the local topography. Due to demand, Severn Trent planned a new pumping station as part of an AMP5 capital scheme. Whitehouse delivered the Pumping Station on time and under budget.

Residents of Stoke Golding experienced sewer flooding on a number of occasions, therefore Severn Tent Water, as part of a capital scheme, planned a flood alleviation scheme comprising storage of water in 1KM of upsized pipes running through private gardens, highway and fields.

Sewer flooding occurred frequently in the gym facilities at Littleover School, therefore Severn Trent Water commissioned Whitehouse to install a pumping station on site to alleviate flooding. All operations were delivered safely within the school grounds during term time to the gratitude of the client.
