Despite becoming an internationally acclaimed business, Whitehouse continues to incorporate family ethics into the everyday structure of our company. We recognise that it is these ethics that have helped to build our reputation as a reliable and approachable contractor.
As our company has grown, we have developed an internal management structure which reflects our family ethics. By creating a management system with fewer tiers, we are able to maintain open and honest lines of communication throughout our business at all levels. Each employee therefore has a personal working relationship with not only their peers, but with Managers and Directors.
We know that we perform at our best when working together as a team. To further enhance communication within our organisation, we hold team-building events on a regular basis; encouraging each individual to work efficiently and proactively within a group.
