Whitehouse operate a ‘right first time, every time’ philosophy; employing a triple accredited Management system across all sites to meet and exceed all expected targets.
We took the decision to amalgamate each individual policy into a Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Management system; holding the internationally recognised UKAS standards of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 9001:2008. Since implementation, our SHEQ system has effectively evolved our management strategies to exceed current industry standards; leading to increasingly stringent targets in all areas of performance delivery.
Whitehouse directly employ a highly trained and experienced SHEQ Management Team; who are responsible for the implementation of SHEQ in all areas of our business. Together, they are able to provide an exemplary standard of training to every Whitehouse employee which ensures that you receive the benefits of a highly trained and experienced workforce completing your projects. Along with training, each member of the SHEQ Management team attends every Whitehouse site on a weekly basis in order to perform a SHEQ Surveillance. This is an in-depth report on the site standards; noting current successes and implementing development methods to further improve our works.
Upon contract award, Whitehouse will hold an implementation meeting with our clients to discuss the management strategies which will be applied on the project. We are then able to offer a bespoke service, tying in our SHEQ Management system with the expectations and needs of the client along with site specific requirements; ensuring the most effective delivery strategy is consistently maintained. Our bespoke management packages offer client satisfaction and as a result we have developed strong relationships with repeat clients.
